The Botsi Group Structure


Here at Botsi, we do things a bit differently! That includes how we're structured, and who belongs where can be a bit confusing. So, we've broken it down below.

Our Group is run by our Offices.

Botsi Group UK is maintained by our 6 Offices. Each Office is leaded by their respective Chief Officer.

Office of Executive Administration

This is where all the background admin and business management work happens, and is the home of all Chief Officers and Business Leaders.

Office of People & Culture

This is the home of the Human Resources and Staff Culture Departments. All Colleagues and payroll, as well as Group Culture is managed here.

Office of Group Operations

Botsi's core Group activities and processes are handled by the Operations Office, and is one of our biggest Office, managing finance, product etc.

Office of Marketing & Engagement

Here's where all the fun happens! This Office is responsible for our content and engaging new customers and partners, including on social media.

Office of Information Systems

The Office manages all our internal Group IT infrastructure and security, and works very closely with our Operations to provide a smooth experience.

Office of Customer Services

And our most important Office, the Customer Services is the first port-of-call for our current and new customers, providing excellent services!
